Rosé Tequila Spritzer

Don’t let the color fool you. The Rosé Tequila Spritzer is a Tequila, Aperol, and sparkling rosé summer cocktail that packs a punch. The combo of Tequila and orange liqueurs are a classic combination for Margaritas. This Tequila Spritzer recipe is a play on that perfect combo. The sparkling rosé is a nice change from the sticky-sweet Margarita, and the bubbles are a fun addition. Served on the rocks, basically because it’s a million degrees outside right now.

A Spritz by Any Other Name

The Aperol Spritz or Spritz Veneziano originated in Venice, Italy. However, it became better known in the USA by its German translation of a ‘Spritzer’. Light, cool, and refreshing, it’s an easy cocktail to make and even easier to drink! According to the International Bartenders Association, Spritz Veneziano is the official name.
