Easy Homemade Guacamole
My Homemade Guacamole recipe is the result of years of experimentation. Everybody has their own way of making guacamole and there are very strong opinions as to what ingredients go into an authentic guacamole recipe; lime juice or no lime juice, cumin or no cumin, etc. etc. And everybody seems to have an opinion as to the best way to keep Guacamole from turning brown, I’ll tell you what I do.

- 1/2 Lime Juice only
- 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin Optional
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Crushed and Chopped
- 1-2 Jalapenos Seeded and finely diced
- 1/2 Cup Tomato Diced
- 1/2 Cup Red Onion Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro Chopped, optional
- 3 Hass Avocado 1/2-inch dice
Prepare all ingredients except avocados, combine and mix together well, this can be made hours in advance until ready to serve
Dice avocados, add the other ingredients, mix to combine
