Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Apples and Bacon

Crisp and golden brown on the outside, creamy on the inside. The flavor is sweet, smoky and savory, with a little bite from the vinegar and mustard, and then there’s the combination of apples and bacon, oh yes, smoky bacon. The paring of roasted Honeycrisp and smoky bacon should be enough to get you to make this recipe.
