Ginger Beer Apple Sauce

A simple 3-ingredient recipe that is the perfect accompaniment to pork chops. My recipe for ginger beer apple sauce is not too sweet and not too spicy from the ginger. It has a nice balance of flavor and takes no time at all to prepare.

I love the combination of apple sauce and pork chops, it’s a classic combination that goes way back. This quick and easy apple sauce recipe is served warm on top of the chops and is a real treat. The flavors are very complimentary and pork chops can always benefit from a little extra love.

Although I made this apple sauce to serve with pork chops, the ginger beer apple sauce is amazing just on its own. A fun, relatively healthy treat or a simple dessert. I like to serve apple sauce on the side of some desserts as an alternative to whipped cream or ice cream. A perfect alternative for vegans and people who are lactose intolerant.
